Kelsey and Hunter Elopement | Acadia National Park - Barharbor, ME

Kelsey and Hunter’s elopement in Acadia National Park, was not what they had originally expected. This beautiful couple originally had their wedding scheduled for May 2020, due to the 2020 pandemic this wedding got moved to April 2021, but what a stunning day it ended up being! The couple got ready at Bar Harbor Inn & Spa in Bar Harbor, ME overlooking the Mt. Desert Narrows seeing boats coast into the harbor. After a brief first look between the couple at the Inn, we traveled into Acadia National Park, starting the session at Schooner Head Overlook, continuing to Thunder Hole for some dramatic waves crashing behind the couple. After some cinematic waves, we continued to Boulder Beach & Otter Cliff where the couple recited their vows to one another with the ideal Maine backdrop of a rocky coast, pine trees, and the ocean in the background. Getting away from the rocky coast of Acadia, we ended up at Seal Harbor beach having the couple enjoy a barefoot stroll along the edge of the water, the rain that had held off for most of the session started to roll in providing the perfect moment for umbrella photos. To end the night, we traveled back into the park to Jordan pond, the weather opened back up allowing for a misty fog surrounding the mountains in the distance as the happy couple posed on the waters edge.
