Carolyne and Perry were such a joy to capture at WillowsAwake Winery in Leeds, ME. An elegant wedding, their ceremony surrounded by beautiful pine trees, being carted away in a vintage 50’s British Morris Minor sedan. Formals of the stunning couple overlooking the vineyard, while cocktail hour occurred around them enjoying hugs & laughs with family and friends in between photos. Their reception just as stunning as their surroundings, gold & green colors through out, accents of Fall on every table. Dancing the night away under star filled sky.
Kayla and Ethan Wedding | The Barn at Silver Oaks Estate - Winthrop, ME
Kayla & Ethan's wedding was stunning this past Fall. Continuing their rustic farm theme from their engagement session at Pineland Farms, their wedding was at The Barn at Silver Oaks in Winthrop, ME. A modern barn venue with elegances throughout the grounds. The Maine fall foliage was in swing with hints of color popping throughout the day, tears of joy & laughter around every corner. Heartfelt speeches from the wedding party, and tender moments between the bride & groom.
Isabel and Rob Wedding - Newagen Seaside Inn, Southport, ME
Isabel & Rob’s wedding was unique to say the least. I had the pleasure of attending both the Rehearsal Dinner and their wedding day, which was great, as it helps to get acclimated with clients the day before the wedding and the families alike. The Newagen Seaside Inn, was a spectacular venue, with views of the picturesque Maine Coast, in combination with the Maine woodlands. Rehearsal evening, they offered lawn games such as giant jenga, cornhole, and giant tic-tac-toe. After dark they had a firepit going for a s’mores bar, which was fun to capture as well. Rob and Isabel hired a steel drum musician to entertain during dinner, who was beautiful to listen to, and after dinner went into speeches from various family members and friends who shared their experiences about Rob and Isabel and their wonderful journey together. Rob and Isabel’s wedding day was beautiful, from pre-ceremony footage at Isabel’s family summer home right to the reception (at this time, it started to torrential downpour). Their ceremony was super unique with a boatride delivery of the bride and father of the bride to Rob and Isabel’s personal vows to each other. They hired a band (who was a fantastic addition to the party), and even included two cakes, one to celebrate their wedding day and one to celebrate Rob’s birthday (yes, he got married on his birthday!) Because of the rain, and the unpredictable Maine summer weather, it cleared off, just in time for some beautiful rainbow shots on the dock during the reception - this was truly a magical point in time for Isabel and Rob’s wedding day. Newagen staff was so accommodating, and a wonderful place to capture a wedding.
